The keynote speaker of this year’s commencement ceremony will be announced at the end of the month, a well-placed source has told Fordham Daily. The highly-anticipated announcement will come the week of April 27 — less than three weeks before graduation on May 16. Ex-Yankees slugger Tino Martinez (pictured above) addressed the Class of 2014 last year.
The Chipotle across from campus will open its doors for a one-day special this Friday until 7 p.m. — offering free burritos, bowls, tacos and salad — and will open permanently Saturday, April 11, sources say. Students can obtain the free-food promotion by going into the restaurant on Friday. No prior printing is required.
