Fordham’s New Student Orientation leaders have been on campus this week, practicing their hugging skills and preparing for Sunday’s arrival of nearly 1,300 freshmen at Rose Hill. Group leaders have joined together for meetings and training seminars — and to establish small group identities by way of zany names (i.e. Purple Reign and The Post-Its) and colorful posters.
