A local construction crew found a woman’s skull buried deep in the ground Friday morning as the workers uprooted a tree behind Fordham Prep on the Rose Hill campus — not far from the path many college students take to visit off-campus bars.
Cops say no other human remains were found in the area, and the skull is believed to have been buried for at least 30 years, The Daily News reported.
The skull was sent to the Medical Examiner’s Forensic Anthropology Unit to be identified.
